Aligned Admin was founded by Monique Cottrell to turn years of hands-on real estate operational knowledge into systems other professionals can learn, use and scale.
Strong administration is not simply task support. It is part of the infrastructure behind a professional real estate business.
Monique brings more than 12 years of real estate administration experience and worked as a licensed REALTOR® from 2021 to 2024.
She has supported more than 20 Realtors across more than 10 brokerages, including solo agents and high-producing teams across Western Canada.
That combination provides three distinct perspectives: the administrative reality of moving the work, the agent’s responsibility to the client and the brokerage’s need for consistent, compliant operations.
