Yes. This membership provides personal messaging support from Monique through Slack. Jennifer, the public website AI assistant, helps visitors explore Aligned Admin products and is separate from the mentorship service.
Does the membership include the course or digital products?
The membership includes the Thinkific community and personal mentorship through Slack. Courses, reference collections, toolkits and other digital products are purchased separately unless expressly included in your offer.
How do I join the Slack workspace?
After purchasing on Thinkific, email assist@alignedadmin.com from the email address used at checkout to request your invitation. Once you join, read the pinned welcome and support information.
Can I ask about a current transaction?
Use general, anonymised examples when asking administrative workflow questions. Leave out client names, confidential transaction documents, passwords and account access details. Professional decisions remain with the appropriate licensed professional or brokerage.
How does renewal and cancellation work?
The membership renews monthly until cancelled, with no minimum term beyond your current paid monthly billing period. Cancel future renewals through My Account → Billing in Thinkific before your next billing date. Mentorship support and membership-based Slack access continue through your current paid period. Community access you separately hold through an eligible course or Ultimate Bundle remains subject to that purchase’s access period.
